One app, every trade, every job site.
Materials on site are organized by trade and location. When a worker uses something, they clock it out, and the record of what was taken, by whom, from where, and when, is permanent.

Verified deliveries become inventory
When a delivery arrives and gets checked against the order, that verified list seeds the starting inventory for the job site, with no re-typing a count from scratch.

Tracked by trade and location
Every material is tagged to a trade, such as electrical, plumbing, or framing, and a physical location on site, like a laydown yard or a specific storage box.

Workers clock out what they use
A worker picks their name, selects the materials and quantities they're taking, and confirms. Inventory updates immediately, no separate paperwork.

Every clock-out and delivery is logged and filterable by trade, material, worker, or date, building a running audit trail of the whole job site.

Real-time inventory
Stock levels update the moment a worker clocks material out, visible instantly from the office dashboard.
PIN-based field login
Workers pick their name and enter a 4-digit PIN, so confirming identity is fast enough that it actually gets used on site.
Full audit trail
Every clock-out and delivery is a permanent record, searchable by trade, material, worker, or date range.
Rough-in & trim aware
Materials that install in phases, like electrical, plumbing, and mechanical, are tracked by phase, since rough-in and trim often arrive in separate deliveries weeks apart.
Where it stands.
The first working build is complete and currently being reviewed before rollout to job sites. Offline support for low-signal areas is the next thing being built, so a clock-out still gets recorded even without a signal on site.
